The village of Hautefort is built around the south side of the beautiful ‘Chateau de Hautefort’. The fairytale castle was the setting for the Hollywood film of the Cinderella story ‘Ever After’ starring Angelica Huston and Drew Barrymore

There are plenty of local bars and restaurants to visit in Hautefort as well as a museum, church and of course the above-mentioned chateau which sits directly above Rediat Cor.

There are several beautiful award-winning gardens within easy distance of Hautefort and a lovely castle
