Once we have created your e-commerce website, we can offer additional services to maximise its potential.

Prospect sequencing

This will enable you to you set up a marketing campaign with existing customers and email them with news as and when you like. For this, we set up a simple “Sign Up” form on your website such as the one below:

This can be used to send out news and information on sign up or at set times throughout the year. Hence, you can ensure that you are in constant contact with your prospects giving them valuable information and offers.

Personalised Newsletters for your clients

We can create an online e-newsletter for you similar to the examples below. This could be sent out immediately to customers who sign up to receive a newsletter (as above) via the Roman Cart Shopping System.

Naturopath Tania recently sent out a Newsletter to clients to promote her new site. Tania's new website has been fully revamped with e-commerce facilities. Our own Newsletter informing clients of new services we offer.

This service can also work for you, if you wish to send out a newsletter at set intervals from when your prospective customer signs up - to follow up emails set up in advance with further information and offers.

You can even personalise it with the title, first name and surname given and you can include links to any special offers featured on your website.

Lastly, you can track to see how many customers viewed the offer and how many made a purchase as a result. All very useful information to help you plan future marketing campaigns.

Cross-sell and Up-sell

Another great feature of the Roman cart system is the cross selling with images - this is especially useful when you are selling items which combine well with other products on the website: such as a shirt and tie for example.

Like wise, you can use Romancart to up-sell. For example, if you were selling a 50ml bottle of perfume, you could advertise that the same perfume is also available in a larger size.

There is an example of this on our Perfume Site (under Elite Weddings) where you can purchase the 50ml EDP of L'Eau D'Issey by Issey Miyake - for cross-sell on Clarins skin care products - and up-sell to a larger 100ml EDP of the same fragrance.
