Social Networks

Embracing Social Media into your Website

Social networking iconsMore and more companies are using social networks to enhance their online presence. This not only creates more external links from your website (which is good for search engine optimisation) but gives customers additional platforms to proactively market their business in the following ways:

  • Make announcements such as the launch of a new product or service
  • Promote offers
  • Run online competitions
  • Share ideas (Blogging)
  • Post your latest photos and create online galleries

Once we have created a website for you, we can use the same logos and branding to create pages for Facebook and Twitter, such as we did for Same Face Different Place.

YouTube comes high in searches so we can integrate videos into your website or link to a channel.
We can also integrate a Twitter feed, an Instagram photo gallery or create a Pinterest board.

Example:

The Riviera Restaurant is a responsive website which includes all their social networks Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. The client wanted to show a daily specials board on the home page which is updated directly from Twitter. All three networks have been incorporated on their social media page and icons in the header and footer link to the accounts direct.
